I'm reading about heaven and hell. Concepts of the Bible, thinkers, theologians, and such. I've been thinking about reading not writing, but I cannot leave writing just like that. My knee is sore after a long walk to therapy then a dance, so I found what I did wrongly. I didn't tighten my knee brace before the walk. I pulled my knee and had to sit to get a quick - quick relief. The thing is I'm not tightening my knee brace enough. I'm also not cleaning up coffee that dribbles when I drink it at the coffee counter or the food I dribble at the table.
